Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
1. Overview
Our cancellation, returns, and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. As we deal in perishable food products, all return and refund requests are subject to strict quality and time-based conditions.
2. Cancellations

Mummiversal Foods Pvt Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible and maintains a fair cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations will not be entertained once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the shipping carrier.

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable food items once the order has been processed. However, a refund or replacement may be offered if the customer can clearly establish that the quality of the product delivered was unsatisfactory.

3. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of receipt.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Perishable food items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on the website.

We do not accept returns on items showing signs of use or tampering.

Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Refunds for UPI, net banking, or wallet payments will be credited back to the originating source.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Items purchased during a sale or promotional period cannot be refunded.

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.

Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at Evanyaorganics@gmail.com and ship the product to the return address mentioned above.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift purchaser.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Perishable food items that have been opened, consumed, or partially used

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods

Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage after delivery
9. Order Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit:

Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.

We will review the case and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
10. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs in such cases.
11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
